Exchange and Return Policy

At WGA Company , we value the quality of our products and your satisfaction. Therefore, we have developed a clear exchange and return policy that complies with the Consumer Protection Code.


Acceptance and Request for Exchange or Return

To request an exchange or return of a product, please contact our customer service:

Conditions for Return and Exchange

  • Product Condition: The item must be unused , with seals intact , in the original packaging , and accompanied by all accessories, manuals and certificates .

  • Identification: Include the return protocol (label that will be sent by email) and the sender's details.

  • Required Information: Please provide the order number, purchase date, buyer's name, and reason for exchange or return when contacting us.


Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Shipping due to dissatisfaction (without defects) is at the customer's expense.

  • Cost Exemption: WGA Company covers shipping in the following cases:

    • Defective product reported within 7 days of receipt (shipping via PAC).

    • Shipping error (product exchanged or different from the order).


Specific Situations

  • Damaged Product or Packaging: If the product arrives damaged or with damaged packaging, refuse delivery . If you receive it, please contact us within 48 hours .

  • Incorrect Product: If the item received is different from the one ordered, refuse delivery or report the error within 48 hours of receipt.


Repentance Policy

  • You have the right to withdraw within 7 calendar days after receipt.

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

After analyzing and receiving the product, the refund will be made at no additional cost , using the same payment method used for the purchase.


Refund of Values

  • Credit Card: Refund to the issuing bank within 7 business days . The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on the bank.

  • Bank Slip: Refund via transfer within 7 business days after analysis.

  • Pix: The amount will be refunded to the Pix key used for the purchase within 7 business days. Refunds will only be made to the account of the order holder .


Product Warranty

  • All products have a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.

  • For items with manufacturing defects , the deadline to request a return is up to 30 days after receipt .

  • Please send photos or videos of the issue along with your order information for review.


Important Information

  • Failure to comply with the conditions and deadlines may result in the refusal of the exchange or return.

  • Products with signs of use or outside of resale conditions will not be accepted.
