All watches available on our website are shipped directly from our manufacturers located in countries such as Brazil, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, and China . Shipping can be international or domestic, depending on model availability, always respecting logistical procedures to ensure the product reaches you safely.

Economy Shipping : estimated delivery time of 7 to 14 business days after order dispatch.

Fast Shipping : estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days , with a fixed cost of R$19.90 .
Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days . Delivery times begin after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as postal delays, customs inspections, or peak demand periods.

Premium Shipping (Free) : Delivery in 5 to 14 business days , with tracking via WhatsApp and insurance against loss included.
Order Tracking
All orders receive a tracking code sent to the email address provided upon dispatch within 3 business days . This code allows you to track your order from origin to delivery.
For international orders, tracking may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in the Post Office system.
Delivery Conditions

Resending and New Delivery Deadlines
If the order needs to be resent (due to incorrect address or non-collection), a new delivery period will begin after confirmation of resending, with the same terms and conditions as before.
