Refund Policy

At WGA Company , we want to guarantee your complete satisfaction with our watches. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear, fair refund policy that complies with the Consumer Protection Code.


1. Refund for Purchase Remorse

You can request a refund due to regret within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

Conditions:

  • The watch must show no signs of use , be in perfect condition , and have all accessories, manuals and original packaging .

How to apply:

  1. Send an email to contato@wgacompany.com.br , stating:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for regret

  2. After review, you will receive a free postage authorization code to return the product.


2. Refund for Manufacturing Defects

If the product has a manufacturing defect , you can request a refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of receipt.

All our watches come with a 12-month warranty .

How to apply:

  1. Send an email to contato@wgacompany.com.br with:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Defect description

    • Photos or videos demonstrating the problem

  2. The product will be analyzed. If the defect is confirmed, the refund will be processed according to the payment method used.


3. Refund Processing

The refund process takes up to 7 business days after the returned product has been received and analyzed.

Refund Methods:

  • Credit Card: The amount will be refunded to the issuing bank. The time it takes for the card to appear on your statement depends on your bank.

  • Bank Slip: Refund via bank transfer , upon sending the bank details of the order holder.

  • Pix: Refund will be made to the Pix key used in the purchase , with the data matching that of the buyer.


4. Return Costs

  • Refund or Defect: Returns are free . We will send you a free postage code .

  • Dissatisfaction after 7 days: Shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.


5. Return Packaging

Whenever possible, use the original packaging . If you don't have it, make sure to pack the product securely to prevent damage during shipping.
